location is good, close to town centre. Rooms are good,check-in quick and staff excellent.

The wheelchair accessible room was not fully accessible. The furniture needed to be rearranged to access the bed but otherwise the hotel had great facilities, friendly staff, good location and good value for money

Staff in the front was nice. Two things that made me stressed was that the sheet didn’t fit the mattress. The mattress didn’t have a protector. I woke up without sheet on the naked mattress. The other one was the WiFi. It wasn’t working.

Great access from Dampoort station and only a short walk into the city centre. Not a lot of shops nearby but basics are available in the foyer. Rooms located in the same building as Ibis Budget and share the same reception. Quick and easy check-in, including payment of city taxes. Secure building with card access to the building late at night as well as at all times via the elevators. Clean, comfortable room; probably one of the better nights' sleep I've had away. Always nice to have the kitchenette option even if not used. Good shower.

Clean room, kitchenette good, no breakfast included. Unfortunately was informed that our bathroom sink was broken so was asked to use the kitchen sink instead. No other available room as it is weekend. Gave us 2 drinks coupon as compensatory.

Great location very close to the Gent-Daamport station making travel very easy. Clean, quiet rooms were perfect for my friends and i. No complaints!

Friendly staff and clean room. Breakfast in the restaurant was good. About a 15-minute walk from the train station and about a 15-minute walk to the old town. There were a grocery store and restaurants near the train station, and fancier restaurants in the old town. Limited evening food at the hotel bar.
