The hotel was very clean and we enjoyed the breakfast. I rated the staff low due to the fact that we left our toiletry bag in our room and after calling, it was located. We were leaving on a Viking cruise the next day and requested that the bag be put in a taxi and delivered to us. We would be paying the fare. They refused. No reason was given, just a refusal. It seemed like a simple request to us, but to no avail. Viking sent someone to retrieve it for us. Yes it was costly, but it could not be helped.

This hotel has become my go-to for trips to Stockholm but its has one glaring flaw that desperately needs fixing. The curtains bleed too much light and in the summer months when the sun rises as early as 03:00 it gets really uncomfortable. Helpful staff, clean rooms, generous breakfast.

Hotel is very clean and tidy. Breakfast was superb, a wide variety of options and I like that they are healthy. Dinner was also excellent if you plan on eating dinner at the hotel. Staff members are extremely friendly and will help you with any questions you may ask. Me and my friends were greeted by a lovely person called Kery, Kery has been super nice to us during our stay and even suggested good places to visit & eat. Thank you Kery for making our stay a pleasant one 👍

Quiet, nice room and amazing breakfast. my appreciation to the front desk, Kerry ( not sure if that was spelled correctly) for helping us on a late night arrival. A great employee.
