Hotel rated 8 stars but should be 2 stars. Pool not in service, no maid service, pillow case missing on one bed pillow, furniture old and stained, no bathroom shampoo or body wash, no operating restaurant - horrible experience

Room was great! Cleaned daily. Staff were very kind and professional and helpful when asked. There is an indoor pool, not heated.( I am not complaining about it just thought I'd let people know). The original amenities list that I saw said there was laundty, there wasn't. The hotel had a nice restaurant but it was only o
