Perfect location, felt safe, comfy beds, amazing water pressure for showers, easy to get places as it was centrally located, AC, easy check in/out, would stay again.
Cons: 3 floors worth of steps to climb to get to apartment, wifi didn’t work in apartment accept entrance hallway, no shampoo, only one set of keys (didn’t ask/request for more but with teens wanting to go back earlier than parents, it made it challenging…especially when teens fell asleep and no wifi to communicate= locked out. Good thing World Cup game was on at 2am to watch…but bummer)

Well appointed apartment, fantastic location, within walking distance of all the tourist attractions and countless eateries.
70-odd steps up to the front door, so don't forget anything when you go out for the day!
Point the remote control at the a/c units to turn them on and adjust your preferred temperature.
A noisy party in the street woke me one night, so take ear plugs if you're a light sleeper.
We discovered the University tram stop for a €2/person 30-minute ride to/from the airport, just a 10-minute walk beyond the Duomo.
We wouldn't hesitate to stay here on our next visit to Florence.

Beautiful property excellent location! Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others! The master bathroom was a little quirky and there’s a somewhat dangerous step down, especially if it’s dark in the middle of the night! Kitchen was well stocked! Appreciate the small welcome basket with waters and coffee!

This studio apartment is centrally located in Florence, which means almost all the sights are within walking distance. It also means the streets are loud at night (and unfortunately we couldn’t figure out how to make the air conditioning work so we had to have the windows open). Given our short stay, this space met all our needs.

සාමාන්‍යයට වඩා අඩු We had to climb 50 steps to get to our room. There was no customer service. They couldn’t even call a taxi for us. They would hang up on us if they couldn’t answer our questions. There is NO daily cleaning. I the only good thing was the location. Everything else was bad. Very noisy all the time.

හොඳයි Apartment was clean and spacious. No front desk and had to walk up 6 flight of stairs. Awful with luggage and if in a hurry. Loud at night due to central location to plaza. Difficult check in if cell didn’t have WiFi. Mamo should have ringer at door for immediate assistance. Extended stay until 1 PM for 25 euros a plus. Listing said AC but when we got there, Mamo said not able to use until April 15. Some inaccuracies which could deter people. Location and apartment were amazing though.

The only good thing was the location. It’s nearby everything. That was nice. BUT it’s difficult to find the main building. Online communication isn’t so good. We had a problem flushing the toilet. It wasn’t working. They told us that they will send an operator to fix the problem. But it didn’t happen. It was so uncomfortable. And it was extremely noisy. We could hear the neighbors (especially early in the morning around 5 a.m.) and the noise from the street. Florence is so beautiful but I will think about staying there.

Great location with all the amenities you could want for a short term stay. That said there are a few items that travelers should be aware of.
Master bedroom is incredibly loud from street noise, was forced to sleep with ear plugs as it didn't quiet down until 4am most nights.
The TV never worked so if you're expecting to watch a soccer match, look elsewhere.
The thermostat was locked and not adjustable, while this was not a problem as we could open windows, mid summer this could be a problem.
All in all as long as you're aware of these drawbacks the location and size is great but I wouldn't stay there again just due to the incredible noise and paper thin windows overlooking a busy street.

Great location, easy check in, clean and nice rooms. Only downside is the stairs up but they are doable as long as you are in relatively good shape haha
