Welcoming and helpful staff. Large rooms with comfortable beds and linens. Breakfast buffet in morning. Parking available down the street for a fee. Within walking distances to restaurants and the Royal Palace. Very convenient . Elevators to rooms. Would recommend for a stay.

The staff were some of the kindest people you could hope to meet, and every piece of information that we needed. The hotel was clean, spacious, and in a perfect location.

The hotel is in a great location for exploring Caserta. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. Staff are super helpful and polite (and speak English). We had a couple of tiny issues to resolve and everyone did their best to help. Would definitely book again.
