Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe

We stayed at this hotel knowing that construction was ongoing, and we understood that some amenities would not be available during our stay. That was not an issue, as it was clearly communicated before booking. What was disappointing was that housekeeping service was not provided during our stay, which was not made clear to us in advance. Our room was never serviced, our bed was not made, and towels were not refreshed. When we needed additional towels or assistance, we had to call housekeeping, and it was often difficult to reach someone. We also ordered room service for dinner from the hotel restaurant, and unfortunately the food quality was very poor. The meal tasted reheated rather than freshly prepared and was not what we expected. Overall, our experience was just okay. While we understand that construction can impact hotel operations, the lack of housekeeping service and poor dining experience were disappointing. I would not recommend staying here until the construction is completed and normal services are fully restored.

Our stay started with music being played outside that we could hear 5 pm - 2:30 AM in the morning at 5:30 AM. They were doing construction on the 12th floor every day right above us. Housekeeping only made the bed did not resupply coffee and came into our room at 8:30 AM in the morning without knocking terrible terrible terrible stay

Room was clean and well appointed. . Water pressure in shower was a little low and even though shower doors were closed water leaked out. Room was quiet, employees were kind and helpful.

We traveled as a family the rooms closest to the Main Street were so loud on the weekends with car noise and the bar across the road and it’s dance club music . that we requested a room at the back of the hotel. Thankfully we could move and had the best night sleep. Wolf restaurant was amazing experience.

I wish I had known about the construction going on, and the fact that there was no spa, and that the pool was not finished.

Overall great stay well worth it very very clean rooms my only complaint is the construction going on but i understand it’s temporary

We were there for the Black Keys concert. Nice venue. Right next to the hotel. We’ll be back.

It was being remodeled at the same time of the stay. very inconvenient

Pass on this hotel as it is under massive construction!!! Noise all day. No maid service. Our room was not very clean as we did have a newly renovated room. Only one elevator and long lines waiting to go up & down. No amenities available ie the pool or the gym and you still have to pay resort fee and no resort. And you have to pay for parking too. The hotel store was closed or open and no one to help you. Very frustrating for all the money you pay. Not worth it at all. The staff was at best doing only the bare minimum thing. Would not stay again as I work to hard for my money!!
