I had a wonderful stay at Best Western Kuta Villa. The staff were consistently warm, friendly, and always willing to help, making me feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing place to unwind after exploring Bali. The location was convenient, with easy access to the airport, Kuta Beach, restaurants, and shopping areas, while still being quiet enough for a peaceful stay.

Staff very helpful and kind. Very grateful for late check in and checkout and late night airport transfer. Wasn’t very clean and the room is quite run down. Staff accommodated my wish to be in a quiet room at the back of the hotel.

The staff is over the top kind and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic, everything you can ask for. The hotel is quiet, and they helped us, to leave our Lagguge with them for 6 days, while we were in Singapore, this was super helpful and very safe. We will be back. Thank you.

We stayed just one night to transit flights as it was a $15 taxi ride, close to the airport. The room was very clean, included breakfast was excellent & the staff very helpful. Best western has a great pool that can be seen from the restaurant. Would recommend.
