Hotel is in a great location for the Red Brick Warehouse and waterfront, easy walk to subway for rail and coach transfers at Yokohama Station. Great staff.

Had three rooms for three days. Front desk service required us to process the check-in in a scanner that was complicated and time consuming. Bed is hard in comparison with western standard. Breakfast is Japanese (feels like lunch). Not all in my group liked. Nevertheless it was good.

customers. The water does not normally flow from the sink.
