I have asked for refund! My room was leaking water all over the floor from the ceiling took a video to show as evidence. And woke up in the middle of the night walked downstairs showed the staff so he could make a not of it . And still have not been refunded yet

The location was excellent, and the staff were kind and helpful and courteous and accommodating! The breakfasts were wonderful and so was dinner! We were thrilled with this location and we will return.

Horrible experience, even though we placed the do not disturb option on the cleaning crew went in and we had stuff disappear from our suitcases. When confronted the Hotel staff wasn’t really helpful and denied everything. Been in a lot of places and never experienced something like this. I felt the staff was doing a favor to me for staying there. Unbelievable.

The elevators are very dirty and smell terribly. The rooms are not that bad , but too small.

Was a great location if you are willing to use the metro. It’s near a much calmer shopping street with a few cafes sprinkled around, however not many late night dining. More ideal for the business or second time visitors to Milan.
