A very convenient option for those needing to stay near the airport. We came by car and enjoyed the free parking and nearby petrol stayion, but they also run a shuttle service for a nominal fee and with advance notice. The facility was clean, convenient, and professionally staffed. We did not stay for breakfast, but it was offered for a reasonable fee. Would definitely stay there again!

This hotel was horrible, dirty, and unclean. We stayed for one night and there were ants eating crumbs from previous people. There were yellow stains on the sheets. When we asked for new clean sheets, they also had stains. And we got bed bugs. Do not stay here at all. It's a far walk from the airport and in the middle of nowhere and truly disgusting and unhygienic. We ending up sleeping on our towels because the sheets were so bad.

We stayed at this hotel for one night before our early morning flight from Milan Malpensa Airport. We arrived around 11 PM and only needed a clean and comfortable room to get some rest before our 9 AM flight. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Shortly after entering the room, we noticed cockroaches crawling around. We went to the reception to report the issue, expecting at least to be offered another room. Instead, the staff member simply came to the room, picked up the cockroaches with a piece of paper, and did not offer any solution or room change. For a hotel near an international airport, cleanliness and basic hygiene should be a priority. Finding cockroaches in the room was unacceptable, especially when we were tired and had an early flight the next morning. We would not choose this hotel again and cannot recommend it.

Very helpful staff and convenient location to the airport. They provide a shuttle service from and to the airport and really make sure you know where to go …. The room was nice and comfortable and the AC was working great!
