Location not that optimal but close to most things by 15-25 min walk. Rooms on the much smaller side, left more to be desired.

Whose cleaning did a good job and the staff tried to be helpful. Unfortunately I can’t see how this is a four star hotel. WiFi is poor, very small rooms, power failed in our room, no gym, no pool, no ironing board. Noise from the street outside kept us awake much of the night. Also, not the greatest area (a bit run down and a 15 minute walk to the old town). What is surprising is this is a Hilton hotel. As a Hilton Rewards member I feel this place cheapens the Hilton brand causing me to reconsider booking with Hilton in the future.

Everyone was so helpful and kind. I would stay there again and recommend to my friends. The cleaning staff was amazing and kind! Thank you!!

Reception desk was very helpful making dinner reservations and booking my taxi. The next day they suggested Chateax I could visit without having advanced reservation. The breakfast had a lot to offer and the nighttime bartender was helpful and friendly.

We enjoyed our stay. Smooth check in. Easy parking. Staff is incredibly helpful and kind. Just a few minutes walk from all of the area highlights. Wish the room TVs were set up to steam and/or cast. The viewing options are limited. Also would have appreciated a working refrigerator in the room. Apparently none of these refillable are working in the hotel. We enjoyed the staff and the location.

The receptionist was extremely helpful on arrival and we parked our car next door in their private and secure parking garage. The room was typical of a good Hilton and as expected. We went out for dinner and decided to walk back. Through a very dodgy area though. From the Montbazon we walked down the Rue Claude Bonnier to the hotel. We were extremely conscious of our surroundings. I suggest you take a taxi back.
