Monti Palace Hotel

තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

The location was excellent in a quiet neighborhood, a short walk to the Collosseum. There were lots of shops, cafres and restaurants in the area. I appreciated that staff met me and carried my luggage when I arrived at the hotel and also took me to my room. Check-in was smooth. The front desk and the concierge were helpful, kind, and professional. The room was spotless and very clean. It was extremely small though and an upgrade to a bigger room would require an extra charge and could only be done early the following morning. I initially agreed to the upgrade for an extra charge. However given that I was only in Rome for 2 days and had to leave early in the morning to begin exploring the sights, I opted not to change rooms as not only would it be an inconvenience but it would significantly disrupt my schedule and time allocated for sightseeing. The check-out staff were pleasant. I did however had an unpleasant experience with a staff when I asked for a toilet paper as it was running low. A male staff brought in a tissue paper instead. He gave me an unpleasant look as if my request was unreasonable. He looked upset, did not say a word, turned around and walked away. Being considerate, I ended up going downstairs to pick up the toilet paper myself as he was about to go upstairs to my room to save him the trouble of going up again though he really could have taken the elevator. Other than this encounter and the tiny room assigned to me, my experience overall was great.

Very Simple breakfast, expected more for 4 starts hotel. I have to push changing the room as the room was very old and underground. They change it 2nd day or I have to pay them upgrades. Water 💧 has issues i get stomach pain for 2 days from the water. Staff is good 👍

The room A/C was on the lowest it could go and would cool off the room at night to sleep comfortably.

The room was clean. AC was excellent after hot days walking everywhere. Breakfast was very good. Margarita was very sweet and gave lovely tips. Front desk service was quick and efficient

We had a standard room which was absolutely lovely. Very clean. The air con was excellent and much needed! Toiletries included which was a nice touch. Breakfast was lovely too with a good selection available. So close to the colosseum. Some lovely restaurants close by. Would definitely return!

My stay at Monti Palace was pleasant, relaxing and enjoyable. Its close proximity to the sights was perfect. A short walk to the Colosseum, Pantheon just to name a few, was perfect for our trip. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Beautiful and great location

Location. Rooftop. The suite for 4 was amazing. Separate beds for my kids which is so rare and they were so appreciative for. Amazing balcony.

On website they claim they have parking or at least offside parking, but what they mean is parking on the street which extremely hard to find spot. If you don’t have a vehicle very perfect place to stay in the middle of the Rome!

Great stay! Highly recommend.
