Truntum Kuta

Great choice of breakfast items. All staff amazingly helpful and so friendly. Pools were clean. Gardens well looked after. Straight across road from beach.

The staff here are amazing. Especially Coka he is one of the managers. Always smiles and make sure to say hi. All the staff say hi and tell you to have a great day. Amazing The property is close to the ocean and the mall and many food and bars.

My room was lovely cleaned every day the staff were lovely always helping you such beautiful people breakfast was hit n miss wasn’t that nice some food was nice the pools were nice well maintained I had a lovely stay I would come again the staff were very friendly helpful lovely soles

Bedroom we had booked it a day before we arrived as we were arriving at 1am so our room would be clean and ready. So when we got into the room all we wanted to do was sleep. The bed was as hard as a rock and when we went into the bathroom the toilet had been leaking water all over the floor and it smelled really bad. So in the morning we asked to see the manager and spoke to her. She said she was so sorry we will move you to another room which she did. The room was lovely and the bed was nice. But after we moved in we found that the toilet was leaking as well and the bathroom had no place to hang your towels or wat trunks. So we let management know and we will sort that. Never happened and the room turned out to be so noisy it was difficult to get to sleep with fireworks going off every night between 10.30pm and 11pm and sounded like it was right outside our room. We were booked in for 7 nights but after five nights we had to move to another hotel to get some sleep. The pools were lovely and the staff are really nice but the place is really run down.

The staff was exceptional at breakfast every morning. Rooms were cleaned every morning while at breakfast. Breakfast buffet was well worth it. Swim-up Bar fail to delivery my lunch with our groups. I received it 30 minutes later after they served two other families who ordered after us. Wasn't Happy & sent it back.

We love the Truntum hotel for its location. Right on the beach and handy for shopping. Staff lovely. Pools lovely

The staff right from the beginning were amazing. I arrived late at night and they greated me with a big smile. The manager Cokea Cola was amazing. He meet me one time and every time he saw me he called me by my name as did a lot of staff. The hotel is centrally located and is amazing The room service was great and the food was good. At both the buffet and room service. My room attendant was amazing. Room was always spotless. You will not be disappointed in your stay here. Beautiful hotel but even more beautiful staff.

We had a fantastic stay! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going out of their way to make us feel welcome. The location is perfect—right in lively Kuta with direct access to the beach, making it easy to relax and enjoy the surroundings. There’s also the convenience of onsite currency exchange, which was really handy. The three swimming pools were a great bonus and never felt overcrowded. The highlight, though, was the buffet breakfast—absolutely unbeatable, with a huge variety and excellent quality. We’d definitely stay here again!
