We stayed for one night as a surprise for my Husbands birthday. From check in to check out the stay was amazing. Comfy bed, beautiful room would definitely stay again.

The rooms were fine, but it’s more a bar and nightclub than a boutique hotel. After making the booking they sent a message informing us about the late night music which was not advertised in the description. I asked to cancel but they refused, and said they would allocate a quiet room instead. When we arrived they had downgraded the room type (no bath included as promised) and did not offer to alter the price.

We had a lovely stay at 131. The room was fantastic, the bed comfortable, the location perfect and the staff were very helpful. Highly recommended!

131 The Promenade is in an ideal location to explore Cheltenham and the surrounding areas. Easy to get to and set on a lovely wide avenue. The Terrace restaurant has a good choice of meals, suiting everyones taste. Thre is also the splendid Kojo's restaurant which has an atmosphere reminiscent of the orient. The Gin&Juice bar is exactly that. Lively atmoshere and and endless variety of gins and cocktails

Loved this boutique hotel and the restaurant The Terrasse. Beautiful building and decor. Very well located in an elegant and convenient neighborhood.
