Very nice Hotel and the perfect location for an early appointment at Peter Mac Hospital. Comfortable room and heaps of places to get meals and coffee in the surrounding area. Very close to Queen Victoria Markets

Great location right next to market. Nice modern rooms with kitchenette. Pool much smaller than appears in photo and gym had broken equipment which could have been dangerous. Also no bins in room. Free laundry room very useful

Location is right next to QVM. Very convenient and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Room is spacious and there’s kitchen & fridge facilities. Parking for guests could be cheaper though. Otherwise it’s a nice and well maintained hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff was amazing very helpful and accommodating. Always greeting you with a warm smile when you enter the hotel. Love the tap of sparkling water available at the back. Super accessible to most of the area, visited from Canada would highly recommend if you’ve never been to Melbourne before. During our day, we had a small issue with the dishwasher. The staff were reassuring and did not make us concerned, issue was fixed within a reasonable time. Also, quite close to the free tram line.

Great location near everything including the trams. Right across from Queen Vic Markets so it is a great place for shopping. Highly recommend.

Have been wanting to stay at this Hotel since it was completed as Queen Victoria Market is my happy place so the location is perfect! Booked as a Birthday treat to myself and had a lovely stay with multiple trips to the market including a long overdue visit to the Night market. Staff were also great and the parking is very convenient being next to the Hotel.
