Location is good next to tiburtina station so it’s convenient to get onto the metro or a high speed train. The neighborhood itself is not the nicest, with lots of people loitering around and trash on the streets. The hotel restaurant was decent and I appreciated the convenience of eating there. We also found four mosquitos in our room.

The hotel itself is a very nice boutique style hotel with a nice breakfast buffet, nice bar and relaxing lobby area. There are a few restaurants within 5-10 minutes walking distance including the one in the hotel. The only downside is the location of the hotel. It is not centrally located for tourists in Rome. It is located less than a block from the second largest railway station in Rome and across the street from a major bus terminal. For those who will use mass transit to get around Rome, location next to the two transportation hubs might actually be an advantage.

Good location, very helpful staffs, great breakfast and dinner. Good amenities, coffee and tea in room and water bottles refilled every day

The breakfast was okay. The rooms were clean and nice but the bathroom were not that clean. The location is unmatched. Right in front of Tiburtina station. Would return definitely.

this is our 3rd stay at adesso.we always book ot for 13 days and its never been a disappointment.staff is nice and helpful.always clean and its closeness to the train station,busses,and taxi make it convenient.also have a couple major car rental locations within walking distance.overall great hotel and location.
