Recommended to stay at this hotel if you’re planning to explore Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, and other nearby areas. It’s in a great central location, within walking distance of Namba’s shopping streets and plenty of restaurants. The hotel was also very clean, making it a comfortable place to stay throughout the trip.

Really nice hotel! My room had an ugly view though. It would have been nice if it had a washer and dryer in the unit. Also, not very close to the train station buy it was next to a shopping mall.

Property was clean, staff helpful and they had laundry we found breakfast very disappointing as selection in either Japanese or western was limited. The carpet in rooms has many stains and would be better served with flooring. Location to subway was excellent, Google Maps directions not the best

The hallways stink like smoke. We requested cleaning and only the bed was made there was still trash in the garbage the bathroom was untouched and no vacuuming not even fresh towels. The staff are nice but overall a bad hotel experience.
