La limpieza, la decoración todo estuvo excelente únicamente los precios muy altos, pero valió la pena tratarlo

We got upgraded to a suite and it was beautiful. We stayed the night for the Marilyn Manson concert and enjoyed the pool, clubs and gambling. The staff spoiled us with snacks and turn down service. Only complaint would be the food. We weren’t aware that you need reservations for the buffet so we had to eat at the food court which was horrible. We ordered room service for breakfast and it was absolutely awful. The whole place and staff were excellent.

This was the best stay ever. I have never been treated so well! I can not thank the staff enough! The complimentary room upgrade + fruit spread and personal note? Omg! My heart! 😍 I have been following Chevelle on tour for almost a decade. I was staying there specfically for Tuesday night's concert. When I saw that envelope with my name on it, I thought, "Are we sure I am not on tour?" Management was so helpful! I made gift baskets for the band and brought sealed snacks for the crew. They offered to bring them to the head of entertainment so, that they may end up in the green room! The last two places refused to be helpful and gave us the runaround! The bartender and cocktail waitress in the lounge were so welcoming and attentive! Security at the show was friendly and not overbearing or scary. That was a first, as well! The front desk staff was not only also, very helpful, but they acted like we were a joy to assist. The valet and bell hop were very personable and polite. I definitely want to come back. I have shown everybody pics of the room! Once again, thank you!!! 😘

Majority of staff very friendly. It is pricey, borderline ridiculous especially the cafe and buffet. Was told that they have no local competition so can charge as much as patrons willing to pay.

Loved the decor and space of the two room suite

The room was beautiful and surpassed our expectations. We wish we could have stayed longer. The staff was kind and accommodating while we were checked in however, my husband and I did not appreciate how their attitude changed once we checked out. They were no longer as helpful or kind, and their demeanor appeared annoyed and dismissive as he asked for help trying to still enjoy the casino. After that, we decided to leave instead.

Loved everything. People are so friendly and helpful. Room was beautiful and clean. Had a great dinner at the Pines.
