Sotetsu Fresa Inn Daimon

Close to train station and restaurants. If you forget any toiletries they are available at the lobby.

It was a very convenient hotel, the room and all the little things in the toom. The room can be small but that's standard for Japan.

Room was clean when we arrived. They do regular cleaning for hygiene reasons. Staff is helpful and polite and it wasn’t hard to communicate with them in english. I enjoyed their free amenities (coffee was good).

This place is fantastic! The staff were brilliant. Rooms were super clean and comfy. Location to train station brilliant. Breakfast was good although more Japanese than western but the coffee was spot on. Getting back to the staff! They are really well trained and super attentive to your needs. Well done guys. Thank you! For making our stay so enjoyable!!!!

Quite new and clean hotel. Conveniently located at the end station of monorail that connect to Haneda Airport. Waking distance to Tokyo tower.

Bathroom on the smaller side even for “unit bath” I wish there was more counter space. Amenities were great, skincare, room wear, no issues. I do wish they had the universal charger in the room like some other properties. Overall no complaints. I was fortunate enough to get a room with a view of the tip of the tower and that really elevated my mood. Thank you!

The room was so small and really it’s for short stay.

The breakfast service was not good, only fresh fruit a few slices of orange, no option to order freshly cooked eggs, just a choice of a pile of luke warm omelettes or cold boiled eggs along with fried fish, noodles, beef stew or bbq hamburgers. There was always cake and a sugar laden cereal. We had a problem with the air con in the room which is not controllable by customers, room was stifling at 25 degrees and we could not take it down to below 23. We asked at front desk and was told that they could control from reception, customers were not able to control as part of energy saving measures despite the fact that the bathroom mirror was churning out heat non stop! Eventually we insisted a staff member came to our room and reprogrammed the air con control so that we had control, seems ironic that energy saving measures causes temptation to open the window which in turn would cause the air con unit to try and heat said room.

Not too bad location. Walking distance to station and near to Tokyo tower

Very convenient location near various metro lines, and a lot of walking areas and turists atractions, konbinis also are near and tax free stores.
