Chatsworth House Hotel

තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

Lovely clean room, very helpful staff, perfect setting, one of best buffet breakfasts I have ever had. Would definately go again. Kids loved lovely pool. Fantastic comfy beds. Only niggle was shower which was on a mixer tap on bath, water temperature would sometimes become scalding hot in seconds, but lovely big bath to use instead. Some rooms had better shower. Loved it.

Breakfast was brill, no TV in bedroom asked for someone to look at it came said he would be back never came back at all when we arrived they could not find our booking we were really panicky about it but they found a room for us dining room going for breakie we didn’t know where to sit as not on the booking details not sure if l would go again

It’s a great place to stay right on the sea front. For the price we paid I was very impressed by the hotel, the breakfast was great too!! It’s a tired building but clean and friendly staff, you get what you pay for and we had a brilliant stay.

The hotel looked like it hadnt had a penny spent on it in the last 20 years. Everything was tired and shoddy.

Arrival no welcome smile/confidence.unprofessional paper and card put in front of me to sign no information what they were for after I asked.they were room information and you have a swipe card entry system.room perfect!!.your star attraction Swimming Pool lacking information A.another entry card required B.valid for one day only .C up&down several times pool/reception to find out what should have been told on arrival.D.pride myself on being a fit 81year old but not appreciating the extra enforced exercise of your stairs back&to pool/reception.E.great entertainer’s Friday &Satuday. Overall a good time!! Just need to train you staff more make them confident,happy &welcoming so they enjoy working for you.

We enjoyed our sray i really enjoyed swimming was clean and very nice room sea view waa great.

Lovely hotel but a bit 'tired '. Some toiletries left on top of the shower from previous room guests. Biscuits in the room would be a nice touch. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was excellent catering for all needs. Parking could have been signposted better. Access to hotel from the carpark was up a precarious set of steps, especially if carrying luggage. Overall we would thoroughly recommend this hotel . It's location made it ideal for access to the theatre (the main reason for our visit) ,the shops and visitor attractions.
