There were bugs in the bathroom, I almost had an asthma attack cause of the smoke, the towels provided were not cleaned and they looked dingy and I didn't feel safe. I will not recommend this place

Great looking hotel, friendly staff. The only downside was the sink in my room. It was clogged and had a terrible smell. Other than that everything was good.

I have been to Bali on numerous occasions and honestly i dont know how i missed this place. The staff were beyond excellent friendly, effecient and very helpful. Need a car they arrange it. Tickets to an event no problem. Rooms perfectly cleaned, laundry done within 5 hours. Brilliant!
