Massive disappointment. I wanted to move to another hotel but did not want to lose my money and I paid almost a 5 start hotel rate and got a 3 star experience.
I checked in after 3, and the room wasnt even ready and had to wait 20 minutes. The lobby looked like a third world airport terminal , people everywhere and some are lying on the sofa sleeping with no footwear on.
The room does not look like the photos, the window is not floor to ceiling and only half the size. The pillow was uncomfortable and got a sore neck when I left.
Breakfast was terrible! Queues for everything and Premier Inn breakfast is better, fruit juices tasted like its made from powder or concentrate and really diluted. The restaurant was just a complete mess. I had 4 days of breakfast and only went once because it was so terrible
The pool and pool area were so small. It was so crowded I didnt even get a chance to use it. The gym was so tiny and old, not even towels in there.
It was a massive disappointment. I would have accepted it all and not moan if it was a 3 star hotel but I booked and paid for a 4 star hotel and it was not worth the price I paid.
