Only thing that was bothersome, which the hotel can’t control, was the middle of the night loud motorcycles racing with loud music that woke me up a few times. The hotel was lovely though.

Lovely one night stay. Ms. Cookie checked us in & was a delight. Room very small as are boutique rooms in such buildings; we love them & only sleep there (comfy). The room was clean, quiet, good climate control, nice shower ~ what more do you need. Carpets probably due for a shampoo. Other than that, perfect. Definitely recommend. Quick train to Wrigley. Plenty of places walkable for eats & drinks. Parking at attached garage $64/24h. Typical for Chicago.
