The towels need to be replaced. My room had too much traffic noise. Only one towel hook in bathroom. Staff and common areas are excellent.

The grounds are gorgeous, well maintained and the staff is super helpful. We were only in town for a layover (about 36h) and had the best time here. The location is perfect to visit the old city, and we will definitely be back for a longer stay.

Excellent location and comfortable, well-appointed rooms. Everything met our expectations, and we had a great stay. No complaints at all, we would happily stay here again. It is truly beautiful.

This really is a very good hotel. The rooms are large and spacious and the hotel is set in the grounds of an old palace and just minutes from the old town. The tranquil setting is ideal for a romantic getaway and it’s good value as well. I travel a lot and this is one of the best.
