හොඳයි The building we stayed in wasn’t attached and had a bathroom outside of the room in a dingy hallway. Wouldn’t do it again but was cheap in a good location

When we first arrived to the lobby, we were told a driver would take us to our actual air bnb apartment some blocks down. I confirmed this would be by car since we were very tired already and we had our own tax waiting outside to drive us there. Man at the front confirmed a driver would take us and to let my taxi go. 5 mins later he said he didn’t understand the English and that it wasn’t a driver, it was a man that would WALK us to our room some streets away. I was upset but they really didn’t care. When we got to the apartment the man that accompanied us didn’t help with our luggage. That night we went out and when we got back, the front gate of the building didn’t open. We called every emergency number we were given and no answer. Finally after an hour we got the gate to open. No one even responded to the messages i sent the night before.
Actual rooms are not in the hotel property and you have to walk several streets to get there. They don’t tell you this until the day before check in. Thankfully the apartment was very spacious, clean and in a great location.

It was a wonderful apartment for four people. The rooms were large, the beds were comfortable, and centrally located with an old world charm.

Great place to stay in Florence & sharing the amenities Hotel Villa Royal just a few minutes away was perfect. Small suite with comfortable bedding & clean environment. The hotel villa royal had a pool with beautiful grounds was a refreshing way to relax after hot days exploring Florence. Buffett breakfast was available for a small fee had great variety of options. Highly recommend !

This property is owned by the Hotel down the street. We were able to walk there and use the pool area and bar. This property is walking distance to the historic cathedral and the bell tower. You are close to a variety of restaurants and stores.

The confusion of a hotel and a villa being not the same property and the pool being 3 blocks away was very frustrating and the check in at a different location. For the price we paid I would have much rather stayed at another hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful enough and the property was clean but the annoyance and the way the advertise is bordering on false advertising.
