Sin dudas el mejor hotel que estuve en Bali, lo recomiendo 100% en todos los aspectos, belleza, limpieza, atención, comida, (excepto Koral) tiene un detalle que no fue muy placentero, la comida del restaurante, para mi gusto no fue la mejor y sobrevalorada, pienso más bien te cobran por disfrutar del lugar, y simplemente estás obligado a un menú y no a una orden a la carta, al retirarme quise tomarme una foto y me movieron del lugar para el salón fuera del túnel. Por lo demás todo perfecto.

Loved everything about our stay except for an awful first impression. On arrival, we were told they overbooked and DOWNGRADED us. Absolutely awful customer service and completely unheard of to downgrade a customer due to their mistake. The room we booked was not available until 8:30pm, so my husband and I were put in a small twin room. Our luggage was not delivered for a long time so we couldn't even relax and enjoy our stay or use the pool. It was not until I called up Expedia and then spoke to the manager again later that they offered us dinner to compensate. This left a very sour taste in our mouth and ruined our first night there. The rest of the staff however were extremely friendly, especially Tommy, one of the lifeguards. The room we eventually got was very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast had a large variety and was delicious.

Practically it's slightly less then 5 * hotel. Our rating is 4.8 But in general we are enjoying stay in every way - that was a wonderful holiday at leisure. Very recommend this resort for 4-6 days.

Excellent stay, great for couples and families. Staff go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay for the guests. The facility itself is built for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
