Again as with all our other hotels we have stayed in Vietnam the staff was the high point

Hotel a little tired. Doesn’t really match photos.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Clean room, short walk to the beach. Complimentary breakfast had good variety. Spa and treatments were great, just a little noisy from outside sounds.

I had a very disappointing experience staying at Grand Lotus Hotel Da Nang and would not recommend it. The cleanliness standards were honestly unacceptable. The bedsheets looked dirty and didn’t feel fresh at all, which immediately made the room uncomfortable. It gave the impression that housekeeping wasn’t doing a thorough job. Speaking of housekeeping, the room cleaning service was extremely poor. Either the room wasn’t properly cleaned, or basic things were overlooked. It felt inconsistent and careless, especially for a hotel that presents itself as a decent stay. The gym was another letdown. There were no clean towels available, which is pretty basic for any hotel fitness facility. It just added to the overall feeling that the hotel doesn’t pay attention to details. One of the most frustrating parts was their policy on the room key. They charge 200,000 VND if you lose it, which feels excessive and unnecessary. It left a bad impression and felt like they’re trying to squeeze extra money out of guests. Overall, between poor cleanliness, bad service, and unreasonable charges, this hotel is not worth it. There are definitely better options in Đà Nẵng that offer much better value and professionalis

I had a great stay at this modern hotel and would definitely recommend it, especially if you want to be close to the beach while still having easy access to the city. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to My Khe Beach, with plenty of international restaurants, cafés, and bars around the An Thuong area. Getting around is easy too: it’s a quick 5-minute taxi ride to the Dragon Bridge and Son Tra area, 10–15 minutes to Da Nang Airport, and about 40 minutes to Hoi An. The room was a real highlight—very spacious, modern, and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax after a day out. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, always greeting guests warmly and even opening doors, which added a nice touch to the overall experience. Breakfast was impressive, with a wide selection of buffet options and a large dining area that never felt too crowded. The rooftop pool and seating area were another standout feature, offering great sea views and a perfect spot to unwind. Overall, this hotel offers a great balance of comfort, location, and amenities—ideal for both relaxing by the beach and exploring Da Nang and the surrounding areas.

The staff was amazing, everyone is really nice and helpful, made my stay really good. The hotel itself is really good, room is big and nice, bed is comfy.

Spectacular stay! Might be the best and most friendly staff Ive ever experienced. A great vibe in that hotel. Super clean with an excellent pool area. Cant wait to come back!

We were rom number 5011 and thair wifi in the room is trouble and they said we have a gym but They didn't even have dumbbells, just four very light dumbbells, the heaviest of which weighed five kilos.
