නියමයි Receptionist is kind, helpful but not easy to contact. Need some minutes or half hour to wait for her reply. Self check in, a little complicated especially when not be informed prior the check in time. Near convenient store, some food stall, coffee corner. The premises or location is good/strategic place to stay.

සාමාන්යයට වඩා අඩු Had pre-booked two one-night stays 5 days apart.
Room generally neat and clean.
Time consuming checking in during evening as door locked and no staff. A long time on whatsapp trying to get access.
1stay, a 2" cockroach found in room... and slithered through space before caught.
2nd night stay it took about 30 munutes via whatsapp to get access to the locked,unattended hotel.... then despite pre-payment of room on CC through Expedia, the owner was looking for cash payment.
Thin mattress was extra extra firm.
Hot water!!!!!

නියමයි Nice hotel, lovely staff and nice breakfast. Rooms are quite spacious for a Hanoi hotel, as buildings are built upwards and long. Staff were helpful and could recommend some good places to go.
