The staff was friendly, helpful and responsive. The hotel is in Central London, close to Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre and many other attractions. Convenience stores are also very nearby.

Fantastic hotel; very clean and modern. Nice amenities. Staff was very helpful and informative when we had questions. Would certainly stay there again.

Good location, next to a tube station. Staff was great, check-in was smooth. The gym was good and the bars were great. Overall a great experience!

Check in was very smooth and welcoming. We had lunch at one of their restaurants and the food was good. It’s a great location in a grand building. The room was a good size and the bed, comfortable. No complaints at all.

we had an issue with check in - poor customer service , but to be fair we raised this and the management team were keen to explore what happened and to make it right which was really good . so overall the staff were friendly and 1 unhelpful person is not representative of the hotel as a whole . Would definitely rebook

Such a lovely stay - the staff were awesome with my daughter, we had a room upgrade for her birthday, plus balloons and a little cake waiting for her which was such a nice touch. The room was quiet and it was excellently positioned - we walked to Covent Garden but tube station just outside. Staff were attentive and kind, and breakfast was delicious. Would highly recommend!
