Due to my airline combined flight so I arrived one day after my initial date for check in. I emailed hotel advance and notify them about the incident they replied me immediately. Once I arrived at hotel, I have to say it's the most wonderful feeling and my stress and tiredness after long flight was gone immediately. When I checked in to hotel a very nice lady NuMay helped me. Not only she has the most comfortable voices, patiently explaining everything to me. Details and pleasant. She also escorted me to my room and showed me how to use certain equipments I my room. I have to say I haven't been on any hotel that provides such great hospitality and caring for travelers. When I checked out Mr. Fine also provide high Standard assistance. I will travel again with friends in October and we all decide on to book this hotel together and enjoy Thailand once more. Thank you.

Pros: Good deal, Worth the money. Excellent Breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. With nice and tasty snack from the housekeeper every day. Located at the end of alley which gives you a quiet evening. Cons: Shaving Kit quality was not good. Water pressure of shower head was weak.

the traffic pattern is not good, situated off the main road with hidden driveway. Staff was as good as the best of the Bangkok hotels. On the club floor was excellent with lots of space to enjoy the view but had limited food menu besides the chef at the egg station.
