Excellent service. Walked us around explaining all services & we had wheelchair they aided in parking. Pool was ok, make sure get there early to catch the sun.

Have to take two elevators to get to the room Sky bar closed Monday and Tuesday Wednesday they closed for a private event, so never got to see it Funky bathroom door

Our second visit to the hotel, happy with all area's, breakfast is unbeatable, so much variety. Pool is fantastic at night, the views are super.

Very clean throughout, staff all very polite and helping, especially in the restaurant for breakfast. Breakfast itself is fantastic, best i have ever experienced, as well as being able to sit outdoors.

Good location near the train station and overall a very comfortable stay. Staff were warm, helpful and pleasant. Wonderful views from the swimming pool and glass viewing deck. Excellent breakfast. On the flip side, management should ensure tiling, grouting and damp areas in the room are maintained well as there are already early signs of disrepair for a fairly new hotel. In-room lighting design needs adjusting -- too glaring at the beverage counter due to the uplighting in an otherwise cosy but dimly lit room.
