Our stay was okay. We got a twin room which was a good size, however the beds were too hard and the pillows uncomfortable. I am not sure if that is a Japanese thing, but we didn’t find it comfortable. The room cleaning only included change of towels and making the bed but not proper cleaning. They have a family mart in the hotel which is handy and free shuttle to Nagoya Station, however the shuttle wasn’t working when we arrived or when we left so we could t make use of it. They charged to provide a towel for my son which i did not appreciate. The breakfast had a lot of options but more lunch items than breakfast, no fruits. And the hotel was always busy. The laundry facility is handy, and they have lots of elevators which is good as well. I guess more breakfast options and a more comfortable bed would improve our stay, but overall it was a good value for the price.

නියමයි Very clean and efficient. Great staff very helpful and easy to get to from the train station. The beds are very firm that’s my only complaint but otherwise all good.
