Staff so friendly. Seating area on the rooftop, small kitchen area with fridge which is adequate for a short stay. Located well for our itinerary

The location is great, within walking distance of Aldgate station. Overall, the stay was acceptable, although I noticed that some of the dishes and cups at breakfast were not properly cleaned.

We were early and asked to store luggage. It turns out our room was already ready and the staff were more than happy to accommodate a complimentary early check in which made things very smooth. The instructions were clear. Nice room. Nice facilities. Great location near Aldgate East tube. Will stay again. Thanks !
