The rooms are clean and good view of the lake. Friendly staff and always willing to help. Breakfast was a good spread and variety of choices. We liked the convenience of the location.

An outstanding hotel in a lovely location across from West Lake, but only a cheap Grab/taxi trip to the Old Quarter. The apartments were compact but a perfect size for a couple. We initially had an apartment on the ‘city’ side with no view of the lake, but when we returned for our second stay we had the lake view apartment, which was a beautiful view but the street noise was evident. The staff are exceptional and the meals in the attached restaurant were delicious. The pool area was a lovely place to chill and relax. There are cafes and restaurants a close walk away and I went for an enjoyable jog along the lake path. Overall, we loved this accommodation and intend to stay there again later this year.

Overall, an excellent place to stay with very good buffet breakfast and indoor swimming pool and gym/sauna. I would prefer to stay again if I visit Hanoi again.

We loved this hotel. The staff we friendly and attentive, and the property was new, modern and clean. The attached restaurant, Cilantro, was delicious and the location was in a quieter area across from the lake but still a cheap and short Grab trip to the Old Quarter. We will be heading back to Hanoi in a few months and plan to stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, very comfortable bed, strong water pressure. It was nice to have a dining table to sit at. If you need a washer/dryer, then there’s one there!
