COSI Samui Chaweng Beach

Great,modern and clean hotel. Right next to the shopping center

Id say its cheap and cheerful and you get what you pay for. But, tbh....its not that cheap and they certainly are not cheerful. One member of staff tried her best. The others did not. Never saw the manager doing anything work related. It would have helped as the electrics were going out 15 times a night for the first week. Plus some residents felt it necessary to slam doors all hours of yhe night (its a very echoey building) Told staff, she did nothing. Only on week two did they send a makeshift electrician. It continued. So we had to move rooms. Same thing happened again. The second cleaning lady was nice though and did a good job. Shame the rest werent up to standards. I'd advise only staying here if on a budget and you can sleep through noise and heat. Shops and beach are close by though. And the shower was good!

The Staff at reception are truly incredible. They are nice and very helpful so much that I extended my stay.

Excellent location, right next to a mall and night market. Walking distance to all the bars and restaurants. Chaweng beach is a 15 min walk. The only issue I had was the power would go off and then on. Even though it’s for a few seconds the issue is you have to reset everything. I was in building 3 so not sure if it only happened in this building. Either than that, no complaints

Noisy rooms along with partying guests that would make noise all hours of the night made getting a good nights sleep very difficult. We travel a lot and are used to noise, but when people are yelling, laughing, slamming doors around 4 or 5 in the morning, it’s hard to get back to sleep

It's a basic room with a safe box and two bottles of water. No kettle for coffee or tea. The room has nice bed and strong pressure for shower. If you travel solo you get one key card so everything get shut off in the room. The location of the room can get confusing because there are three buildings and three floors. You room maybe in building number 3 on 2nd floor. You will need to familiar where your room is located from the reception which it is on the 3 rd floor building number 1. The place is next to the mall call Central Samui. You can easily get to the mall from the parking lot next door. You will need to use your key card to access the all the doors and elevator.

Even better than the photos, first impressions walking into the lobby were luxury. Gym was great, dining, pool and amenities, all exceptional. Rooms were fantastic, cleaned everyday which was a bonus. Highly recommend

Great location, room in great condition and friendly staff :))

Good location, staff was super and the room was comfortable. The caulking around the shower was missing so spent lots of time sopping up water after showers.

Room was good and clean, also clean bathroom. Hotel location is good as there are plenty of things to see however hotel is 40-50 mins away from koh samui ferry port.
