Nice facility and good staff easy access to the beach.

Our room had a smelly bathroom and despite that we reported it several times they didn’t do anything! Also there was a strong detergent smell in the lobby as if they were have a sewage problem and tried to cover up the bad odor!

This property is truly exceptional. Every detail is carefully considered to ensure guests feel well cared for from the moment they arrive. From the security staff and bellmen to the reception team, every single person I encountered was highly professional, courteous, and attentive. What impressed me even more was seeing members of the top management team actively walking around the property to ensure that guests were being properly taken care of. Their visible presence and commitment to guest satisfaction reflect a culture of excellence that is evident throughout the entire operation. The follow-up was equally impressive. The team consistently checked in to make sure everything was meeting expectations and promptly addressed any request or concern. This level of attentiveness made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. The level of service is outstanding and sets a benchmark for hospitality excellence. This property is a perfect example of the standards that other hotels should aspire to in customer care and hospitality management. I highly recommend this property. The service, customer care, food, and accommodations were all exceptional. Everything was simply perfect. Thank you Ms. Wafa!

I had an amazing stay at Sousse Pearl Marriott Resort & Spa and I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for their professionalism and warm hospitality. A very special thank you to Wafa for her exceptional kindness and attention throughout my stay. Thanks to her, I received a wonderful room upgrade from a partial sea view room to a breathtaking full sea view room, which made my experience even more memorable. I would also like to thank Abir for her professionalism and welcoming attitude. The beach, the swimming pool, and the overall view were absolutely beautiful. The services were excellent from beginning to end: great food, attentive staff, impeccable housekeeping service, and a very pleasant atmosphere throughout the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-end stay in Sousse. Thank you again to the entire team for such a wonderful experience.

The quality of some foods could be better. Some of them was not fresh. Buffet Dinner in the restaurant does not worth. Very beautiful sea view! Comfortable and large room.

Heaters were on constently Tv did not work Bathroom fan not working apart from that it was ok

Definitely not a 5 star marriot. Staff seemed confused most of the time.

Very disappointed. The hotel deserves 3 starts. Breakfast wasn’t fresh, the smallest elevators that you can imagine with one of them broken. Beach full of seaweed, no cleaned up. So loud because it’s by the street. 45 minutes to check in. The only two good things are the pool and the employees.

Chambre moyenne pour un Marriott,en dessous du standard habituel et, même si comparaison n'est pas raison, du Hilton de Monastir (qui était complet de toutes façons). On retrouve bien le mobilier, la literie et les éléments Marriott dans la chambre La salle de bain manque d'entretien pour un 5 étoiles ⭐️ Des moisissures sur les joints qui pourraient pourtant facilement être refaits. Il n'y avait pas de shampooing, le flacon était vide, et je l'ai lu dans un autre commentaire donc il semble qu'ils soient coutumier du fait. La trappe de Visite facilement accessible dans le dressing ouvert n'est pas ce qui avait été prévu à l'origine à mon avis. La plage n'est pas nettoyée et les transats font vieillots, surtout les banquettes. Avantagés : en plein mois d'août, l'hôtel est quasi "vide" (à vu de nez je dirais 50 % de sa capacité). La climatisation fonctionne très bien et la température est bien adaptée je trouve. Mais pour 240€ la nuit en supérieure je trouve que le rapport qualité prix n'y est pas. En revanche le personnel est aux petits soins, on voit qu'ils ont fait des efforts à ce niveau-là. Salutations à Mokhtar qui est adorable grâce à qui l'hôtel échappe aux 3 étoiles.
