Really only thing going for it is the proximity to nightlife. The gym is nonexistent and I noticed a dead roach right near the weights and mirror when working out. The balcony and window oversaw a wall with razor wire and trash behind the property. If you appreciate price that’s fine but there are other properties with more reasonable accommodations. One other upside is the laundry services offered and the attentive staff in the front reception and the guards.

We appreciated the excellent service provided by the morning shift security guard, who was attentive, proactive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The hotel’s location, set slightly deeper within the street, offers a quieter and more relaxed environment. One area for improvement would be the power reliability, as we experienced two separate brownouts during our visit.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Fair size rooms with comfortable beds, TV, basic cooking facilities. Hotel is within walking distance to eateries, shopping, transport, laundries and bars.

Really secure building. Has a guard out front. I can dead bolt my door. Room has safe. 24/7 front desk attendant. I can buy snacks and drink at night easily from small shop at check-in desk. Just 2 right turns to walking street. 1 right turn from a 24/7 Jollibee with 3 ATM machines attached to it.

Yes, kitchen is fully equipped and ac is great. I would definitely comeback again in the future.

This place was exactly what I needed. I also enjoyed walking down the residential street where this hotel is located, where local youngsters play basketball . And offering me a shot every now and then lol
