DoubleTree by Hilton Quebec Resort

We stayed at the Doubletree Hilton for 3 nights with our kids. Our room was on the main floor, it was cleaned, spacious and nice decor. The room did not a microwave in the room, but available on the main floor. The staff was friendly, professional and provided good customer service. The restaurant food was delicious, we love their loster rolls and homemade bread! It is only 20 min drive from Fairmount Le Chateau Frontenac, Montmorency Falls, IIe D'Orlean, near shopping centre, and restaurants. Overall our stay here was great, we would definitely come back here.

Friendly staff, beautiful property but a bit dated. The spa area could be better maintained and decorated with flowers, etc. same for the varanda upstairs

Wonderful stay. The room was cozy and comfortable, spacious enough to be with our 8 year old son. Nice view of the golf. The pool/spa & sauna was well maintained except for the cold water bassin that wasn’t in working condition. But still nice and relaxing. The gym was well equipped and cleaned. The beds are comfortable and the hotel was quiet at night. I will come back.

Very clean and beautiful rooms.

Bel hôtel, chambres propres et confortables. Le spa et le saune sont admissibles aux enfants si accompagnés. Il y avait un bal des finissants lors de notre séjour, mais l'hôtel a bien géré l'événement de sorte que les clients ne soient pas affectés. Le seul hic est que l'accès à la piscine n'était plus disponible. Je recommande et le service aux chambres est super ! Nous avons eu un très bon service d'une femme de chambre qui nous a aidé avec la cafétière.

Clean and quiet room, friendly staff! Lea was texting me along with our stay. The mattress is comfortable too! Will recommend!

Rooms are nice, renovated and very clean, staff is helpful, breakfast is good, a very good overall experience. I definitely recommend it

Beautiful place

Restaurant had good food and has amazing staff & service!! Stayed 3 nights, first 2 nights had events going on ( Prom & wedding) couldn’t enjoy some of the common amenities/areas like the outdoor fire pit area due to it being packed with event guests. Could also hear the music and people partying late in the night. The room was somewhat clean but the wall fan was full of dust and the carpets were not vacuumed and furniture(especially the sofa) needed a deep cleaning. Had requested for sheets to be changed once throughout our stay but it was not done. The king size bed was plush and comfortable though.
