Room compact but did the job, although the safe didn't open, then when they gave me the key, as couldn't get it working with code, it was so small you couldn't put even as small laptop in it. Breakfast was ok, bread a little stale on 1st day. Real issue was hotel advertised pick-up from airport to hotel as €60, but when we arrived at the hotel the driver insisted it was €85 cash or €88 on card, lady on reception said, I see that was an old email, it's €60 to the airport & €85 from the airport, manager's response was he'd fix it, so I thought I'd get a refund of €25, but no, he just fixed the messages, so future people get the correct info. If I'd known it was €85 I would have used a taxi booking service which was quoting €40 - €60. This put a dampener on our hotel stay, so just be wary of costs quoted by this hotel if using the shuttle service.

Our stay exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel valued throughout our visit.
A special thank you to Mussad, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help from the moment we checked in until the day we left. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile truly made our stay even more enjoyable.
The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with a comfortable bed and thoughtful amenities that made it easy to relax. The hotel's location was excellent, making it convenient to explore the surrounding area while still providing a peaceful atmosphere to unwind. Breakfast offered a great variety of fresh, high-quality options, and every interaction with the staff reflected their commitment to outstanding hospitality.

Great location. This was a short 5 minute walk to St. Michael's and everything around there. Thankful they were able to store our luggage before checking in. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

We loved our room with a separate bedroom and two bathrooms; one had toilet and sink and the other had shower and sink. That really helped streamline things in the morning for 4 ladies!

The location was spectacular. But the property is just average, which is okay when you don’t want to spend a lot of money in an expensive town.

The room was clean , however was in dire need of updating , lots of marks in the wall, the furniture was adequate however only one bed side cabinet made it awkward. The room was very basic (not in my eyes what superior would be) and lacked any form of character, could have done with a headboard and some nice pictures. the staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn’t opt for the breakfast but glad we didn’t as didn’t look like a massive spread. Overall a good hotel but anything longer than a few days I would have been very disappointed.
