Quality Inn near Sunset Park

Last minute decision because of delays in travel. Property was a bit lackluster but in general not bad for a night sleep albeit next to a major freeway. The lady at the front was very friendly and assisted with our enquiries.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was great for people looking for a place to rest.

This a budget hotel. It is clean and safe. It is not a spa, nor a resort. It offers a private room in which to sleep, and store your stuff while you explore NYC. It offers free bagels for breakfast, otherwise no unnecessary costly amenities. If you are afraid of Brooklyn, stay away and pay three times more!

The noise level and to close to a freeway which shook the building

Breakfast didn't live up to the good reviews it has. Tv didn't work at all no stations were programmed to it, it sucked.

The hotel is modern and clean, but the breakfast is very basic continental fare. There were no hot items such as eggs, bacon, or sausage—just instant oatmeal, muffins, coffee, and a waffle station. Fresh fruit was also not available. The location is convenient if you’re attending events at the Brooklyn Army Terminal, including the We Belong Together rave concert venue. It is approximately a 15–20 minute walk or a 5-minute drive from the terminal. The hotel is also about a 15–20 minute drive to Coney Island, 35 minutes from LaGuardia Airport, and only about a 7-minute walk to the nearest subway station. What I did not like was that the hotel is located right next to the subway tracks and a major highway, so there can be noticeable noise from trains and traffic. The surrounding area is more industrial than scenic and may not appeal to travelers looking for a quieter or more walkable neighborhood. The staff were okay, but nothing particularly stood out. Overall, it’s a decent option if you’re looking for a modern hotel close to Brooklyn Army Terminal and public transportation, but don’t expect a substantial breakfast or a quiet atmosphere.

It was a horrible experience, I will never stayed in this hotel again, the sheets were dirty with stains and when I ask the guy at the front desk he give other sheets with holes on it, breakfast was a joke.

The property is old, very smelly, and poorly maintained. The breakfast was beyond disgusting — it would be better not to offer breakfast at all than to serve something of such poor quality.I really do not understand the pricing; it should not cost that much given the condition of the property. The only good things were that the staff were very nice and helpful, and the location is close to transportation. Otherwise, I would not recommend this place, and I would not stay here again.
