Despite having a reservation, my colleague wasted 30 minutes at the front desk while they searched for it, unable to call me since he was 9 hours ahead to deal with Hotels.com where I booked it. Hopefully they will fix the error and refund the unused night.

The bathroom was so terrible. 1. No showroom door -. While and After taking a shower, the water is everywhere in the bathroom 2. Temperature Control was not available -. During shower, I cannot maintain the water temperature. -. It was always so hot or so cool. -. Even I made the handle in the middle, It was sometimes so hot or so cool. -. No middle temperature. -. It was the terrible experience. Because of that issue, I will never use your hotel again. Before staying your hotel, I stayed ibis one central for 5 days. It was really good. They have showroom door. Water temp control was no problem. Thanks.

The room was clean and modern. It was a bit small but well maintained. The hallway did have a musty odor but thankfully not inside the room. It’s a basic hotel that does the job, especially as it’s clean and safe.

Clean room, the staff especially Kai at the front desk. Above & beyond helping. We had a flight delay for 24 due to a storm on the 20th of December. She helped us to get everything squared away.
