The room is very clean and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast is excellent. The daily buffet breakfast has lots of different choices including both western style and authentic Japanese food. The menu will change slightly everyday, so you can taste different kinds of food each day. The only complaint is that they did not have enough servers/busers to clean the tables. We have to wait for a long time to be seated. To make it worse, the seating system that they used is not efficient. You will get a card to be placed on the table. Once you have finished your breakfast, you need to bring the card back to the receptionist. However, there is not many people follow this procedure. People just simply left the card on the table. So others may think that the table is still occupied. I sincerely someone from the hotel would improve this when we visit next time.

Great location minutes away from the main subway station and lots of places to walk around and eat. The staff were super friendly.

Location is convenient, close to Nagoya station. Staffs are friendly, onsen and free popsicle after onsen are nice. They also have free drinks and free toiletries at lobby, and guests can access shared microwave. Overall, we found everything very thoughtful.
