AJ at the front desk made our check-in process seamless, even though we arrived three hours before the standard 3:00 PM check-in time. He, along with the rest of the staff, was welcoming, professional, and friendly throughout our stay. Everyone went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed, making our experience truly enjoyable.

The overnight stay was great until I got up the next morning and found that the coffee machine did not work. This made for a slow morning and ruined my stay. Functioning coffee machines are very important in hotels. Another reason for the low rating is because the bar/restaurant in the hotel closes at 10pm on a SATURDAY night. I would’ve stayed elsewhere had I known this.
