Saint Lawrence Suites

තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

Rooms were tiny but that was to be expected so that’s ok. Staff was difficult but ultimately gave me a second room when my first did not have a functional AC and no windows. Also, I walked in with 2 of my friends to grab something from my room, and one of the staff proceeded to follow us to say I can’t have people sleep over, as if they would have slept over there, and it was 5pm lol. Would have given much better ratings even with all my comments if the price was half or less what I paid. Good location but everting is else subpar.

The facility has steep stairs to each floor, is not accessible for wheelchairs, rooms are cramped, beds are uncomfortable, tv is $30 extra, private bathroom $100 extra. By far the worst place I have ever stayed.

I don’t like the place

I paid for a room through Expedia for medical reasons for my friend taking care of her son, as there was a shortage of available rooms because of extra volume of sporting events coinciding with the life saving surgery of my friends son . After i paid for the room, my friend shared a live video from the room she was given the key to ( room 204 ) The bedding looked slept in, there was garbage in the waste basket, a used clear plastic cup and a shopping note on the table next to the microwave. The bathroom was adjacent to the shared washroom and the smell of what she described as urine and mildew mixed. she requested a different room which was a bit cleaner. She placed her food into the fridge , and went back to the hospital and ended up staying there overnight, afraid to walk tomthe hotel after dark. When she returned in the morning she found her food had spoiled due to a faulty refrigerator. She returned the key and requested my additional $300 deposit and checked out . a week later is when i received the reimbursement from St Lawrence Suites, coinciding with the original checkout date. I would seriously like to request a total refund not to mention some action tombe taken against St.Lawrence Suites for not providing a clean and safe place for anyone to reside whole attending her comatose son at St. Michael's. Room smelled of sweat, nothing felt clean, stained sheets, etc. We were supposed to stay here 5 nights and didn't even last one.

The room was fine for a place on short notice.

Good

Bed super uncomfortable and slanted. No working wifi. Dirty, smelly. Bad part of town. Stay away at all costs. Book anywhere else. This should cost less than hostels or be delisted.
