OYO Hotel San Antonio Lackland near Seaworld

No coffee pot, comfy bed and good a/c. Place to sleep no hot water and chest high shower spigot for my cold dhower

I was not able to stay the front desk person requested a additional deposit in cash and then I was told that there is no internet and WiFi and also they wanted to give me a two Deb room when I reserved a king bed I couldn’t stay because I didn’t have cash for the deposit

This waa the worst room I have have been in. I had to leave and stay somewhere else. Normally I don't get the trip insurance because most rooms have basic AC and TV and I'm not picky. When I arrived here, I waited for almost 30 minutes in a hot lobby with no AC because the computer wasn't working. After walking up a dangerous set of stairs with a loose concrete step, I opened my room. The attendant told me there was no cable or wifi. Okay, that's fine, it was a budget room. However, when I tried to turn the fan on, it was broken. The hotel advertised having basic amenities but it did not. The room was almost 75 degrees. I had to leave. I really wish I could get a refund but I was just happy to not stay there. You would have to pay someone to want to stay here. For the price you can get almost any cleaner room with at least basic AC and a working TV. Do not stay here. It is filthy. You will spend all night sweating.

First of all.. people at front desk do not speak or give u eye contact. When u all something they are rude in answering. 2nd. U do not get free wifi or cable. U have to pay extra when u get there. 3rd there is a 40 deposit for rach room which is more than what we paid for rooms. 4th the rooms stink and bedsheets were stained . 5th We were hot the whole nite because A/C did not cool. 6th No amenities

Didnt stay there because online it said pet friendly but upon arrival they said no pets and refused to give a refund.

Do not book here. Unclean. Horrible staff

Not clean, no Internet and no cable. I had to book another hotel and no refund was issued. I will stay away from this hotel.

Was told cable and WiFi wasn’t working when I went to check in and told me I would get a refund if I wanted to cancel so I did. They lied and would not refund me. Sketchy area. Bars on window at check in. Front desk area behind glass. Bad vibes. Was happy to leave. Will not book with this brand again ever again.

Left as soon as I seen the poor quality of the buildings, pool, and room. If I had a dog I wouldn’t let it stay there. Still have not gotten a full refund and pictures on the site do not show the true reality of this hotel!
