Love the ambience and atmosphere of the spa. Very relaxing when I first step in, which makes it very conducive for my foot reflexology treatment. Masseuse are very processional and skilled, totally no hard sell at all. Totally enjoyed the experience and will definitely return!

Booking was through a third party contact but it was smooth and the staff at the onsen were very helpful. Overall it was an enjoyable experience and I would consider going more often! Access to the public onsen is free on top of the private onsen booking.

I felt completely relaxed from start to finish, and my scalp got the much-needed revitalization it deserved. Such a wonderful, refreshing experience—I left feeling so relaxed, refreshed, and genuinely happy.

We’ve visited the Suntec location three times now, and the staff are always friendly. The massage therapist was also very good.
