bus was on time. comfortable for long ride. driver was careful. person in charge in welcome center very friendly and helpful. we change our lift pass to gondola ticket as we didn't ski. as a suggestion, could klook just offer shuttle bus trip only or shuttle bus with gondola ride, to cater the need for people like us?

The experience was nice, it was fun but the food the rental there is so expensive, if u are un budget i suggest to bring your own goggles and gloves. full gear rental was about 20,000 yen. so i choose only the wear and helmet cost me 13,000 yen. all in all it was so fun and nice trip.

Indeed worth the purchase! Though I wasn't able to utilize all the lifts because I haven't done the ski - but good thing a gondola was offered and I was able to go up in the mountain and have coffee. It was also a smooth trip to and from Niseko. And able to witness the powder snow myself - it was incredible 😍

the pick up location was near our hotel. although the bus was a bit late, the pick up was super easy and quick. this is the best way to travel from sapporo to niseko.

Ticket for ski only. but worth the price. Cannot play snowmobile etc using this ticket. need to go other places near grand hirafu. Trusted to buy here. ☺️

It was so perfect! My friend and I enjoyed our time in Niseko even if we didn't do the ski. It was so pretty and the lift ticket is very easy to use. Make sure to bundle up!

The transportation was really smooth and the weather is also nice when I got there. Took the gondola ticket and ate at the cafe instead since I did not ski. I would recommend this place to skiers because that is the only activity there but I am very much satisfied with the view from the resort itself

they arrived way before time. and they pick us up on time. this is a very great deal! it already includes the lift!

Very convenient! bus was on time and very comfortable. niseko was a blast! will definitely come back!
