Ian was my guide for this tour and he is incredibly knowledgeable. If you love studying history, I highly recommend this tour. The Churchill war room and museum are very well done. Would love to upload photos, but none of them are below the 3 MB limit

The tour was not as advertised. All 10 of us didn’t know where to meet, just Westminster Tube Station, so we lucked into finding the tour guide. We had no idea that it would be almost 2 hours looking at buildings and statues and then rushing through the War Rooms in about 45 minutes.

Klook completely made horrible service in the mediation of customer and local operator including wrong hours , inaccurate meetup location. We were so close to miss the tour. The tour itself was informative, but wasn’t impressive . The only remarkable thing it provides group direct entrance to the war rooms cutting the queue . It was very disappointing, I do not recommend to take the tour and go by yourself to war rooms Klook even didn’t get back to us with proper compensation for the mess they created . We shall consider any further tours with them in the future.
