Great experience. Pilot was informative and professional. The whole event was smooth from check-in, to briefing to heading to the helipad. 10/10 would highly recommend them.

The 30-minute helicopter ride gave us a breathtaking close-up view of Fox Glacier, and the highlight was the 5-minute snow landing. Standing on the glacier, surrounded by stunning icy landscapes, felt absolutely surreal. Although our ride was rescheduled due to the weather, we were lucky to have the helicopter all to ourselves, making the experience even more special. The pilot was very skilled and provided interesting insights about the glacier.

check in 容易，员工熊度好，飞机司还帮我们在雪山顶上拍照，飞行時講解冰川资料给我们聽，熊度熱枕。

非常好的一次體驗，無論前台地勤及駕駛員都非常友好熱情專業！起飛降落都安全平穩，福克斯冰川很震撼！強烈建議！

Sadly our flight was rebooked due to weather, it was worth the wait the next day. Kids loved it, especially the snow landing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great experience, highly recommend
