Overall a good experience in Club Med: - staff is very welcoming and friendly - good variety of activities, entertainment and sport equipments - snorkeling excursion is well organized and safe - environment is kept clean But there are things to improve: - The boat transfer is shared with arriving tourists who stay nightly so their delay will affect your time as well. We waited 45min at the meeting point, no staff, no update from the Club - lunch buffet food choice is good, well presented but could be better taste wise - facilities are a bit old

Amazing experience from the welcome, food, activities everything was amazing. would love to come back.

這個行程很棒 可以好好享受一天渡假島 因為渡假島飯店的船臨時有異動 我們原本買24:00的方案 只能提早在18:00結束 當下聯絡客服之後 也很即時的回覆並且退部分金額作為補償 很棒

good way to spend the day before my flight. all meals, drinks and activities included!

We departed from Velana Airport at 9.15am, reached the resort at 9.45am. Well organised. Good services and facilities 👍, back at 7pm from the resort.

отличный отдых, все очень понравилось, особенно что касается кухни в ресторане было все просто замечательно, особенно блюдо от шефа от сунцом😋

experience was good. transfer to island was. great. food and activities were great except they may get cancelled due to rain.

We were unable to enjoy the sailing as the sailing lesson held at 10am each morning, we have missed the assembly timing.

This is a must experience. The sand is so fine and the water is like crystal. There’s also unlimited drinks and lunch buffet. They also offer excursions and some water sports however I have not tried it since swimming skills is mandatory but I understand. Staffs are all lovely and approachable.

It’s was a great experience, without stay in island, we cant explore and use all the facility include buffet lunch, hopefully we can comeback asap!!!
